General<\/h3><p>Esta Pol\u00edtica de reembolso y cancelaci\u00f3n se aplica a todas las reservas de paracaidismo en t\u00e1ndem realizadas con African Skydive Ventures Ltd, que opera como Skydive Zanzibar (\u201cnosotros\u201d, \u201cnos\u201d, \u201cnuestro\u201d).<\/p><p>Al realizar una reserva, usted reconoce y acepta los t\u00e9rminos que se describen a continuaci\u00f3n.<\/p><h3>2. Dep\u00f3sitos y pagos<\/h3><ul><li>Una reserva solo se confirma una vez que se haya recibido el pago (dep\u00f3sito o importe total, seg\u00fan lo especificado en el momento de la reserva).<\/li><li>Los dep\u00f3sitos no son reembolsables, excepto como se describe en las Secciones 5 y 6 de esta pol\u00edtica.<\/li><li>El pago total debe completarse antes del salto, seg\u00fan las instrucciones durante el proceso de reserva.<\/li><\/ul><h3>3. Cancelaciones de clientes<\/h3><p>Si cancela su reserva por cualquier motivo, se aplicar\u00e1n los siguientes t\u00e9rminos:<\/p><ul><li>M\u00e1s de 14 d\u00edas antes de tu salto programado:<br \/>Cualquier cantidad pagada, excluyendo el dep\u00f3sito no reembolsable, podr\u00e1 ser reembolsada.<\/li><li>7 a 14 d\u00edas antes del salto programado:<br \/>Se podr\u00e1 reembolsar el 50% del precio total de la reserva.<\/li><li>Menos de 7 d\u00edas antes de tu salto programado:<br \/>No se emitir\u00e1 ning\u00fan reembolso.<\/li><li>No presentarse (no-show):<br \/>No se emitir\u00e1 ning\u00fan reembolso.<\/li><\/ul><p>Todas las cancelaciones deben enviarse por escrito (correo electr\u00f3nico o canal de mensajer\u00eda oficial utilizado durante la reserva).<\/p><h3>4. Reprogramaci\u00f3n por parte del Cliente<\/h3><ul><li>Se podr\u00e1 atender una solicitud de reprogramaci\u00f3n sin cargo, sujeta a disponibilidad, si se solicita al menos 7 d\u00edas antes del salto programado.<\/li><li>Las solicitudes de reprogramaci\u00f3n adicionales o reprogramaciones tard\u00edas pueden generar un cargo administrativo o ser tratadas como una cancelaci\u00f3n.<\/li><\/ul><h3>5. Condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas y operativas<\/h3><p>El paracaidismo es una actividad que depende del clima. La seguridad es nuestra m\u00e1xima prioridad.<\/p><p>Si un salto no puede realizarse debido a las condiciones clim\u00e1ticas, problemas de seguridad, problemas con la aeronave o limitaciones operativas, ofreceremos:<\/p><ul><li>Una fecha de salto reprogramada o<\/li><li>Reembolso del importe pagado, excluido el dep\u00f3sito (a menos que se indique lo contrario en el momento de la reserva)<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>No se proporcionar\u00e1 compensaci\u00f3n por costos adicionales como alojamiento, transporte o cambios de viaje.<\/p><h3>6. Restricciones m\u00e9dicas y de seguridad<\/h3><ul><li>Si no puede practicar paracaidismo debido a condiciones m\u00e9dicas no reveladas, exceso de l\u00edmites de peso, intoxicaci\u00f3n o incumplimiento de las instrucciones de seguridad, no se emitir\u00e1 ning\u00fan reembolso.<\/li><li>Es responsabilidad del cliente revisar todos los requisitos de elegibilidad, m\u00e9dicos y de peso antes de reservar.<\/li><\/ul><h3>7. Llegada tard\u00eda<\/h3><p>Los clientes deben llegar a la hora indicada en su confirmaci\u00f3n de reserva.<\/p><ul><li>La llegada tard\u00eda puede provocar la cancelaci\u00f3n del salto debido a limitaciones operativas.<\/li><li>En tales casos, la reserva se considerar\u00e1 como no presentada y no se emitir\u00e1 ning\u00fan reembolso.<\/li><\/ul><h3>8. Vales de regalo<\/h3><ul><li>Los vales de regalo no son reembolsables ni canjeables por dinero en efectivo.<\/li><li>Los cupones son v\u00e1lidos durante el per\u00edodo indicado en el momento de la compra y deben utilizarse antes de la fecha de vencimiento.<\/li><\/ul><h3>9. Reservas de terceros<\/h3><p>Las reservas realizadas a trav\u00e9s de agencias de viajes, operadores tur\u00edsticos o plataformas de terceros est\u00e1n sujetas tanto a esta pol\u00edtica como a los t\u00e9rminos del tercero. Los reembolsos deben procesarse seg\u00fan el canal de reserva original.<\/p><h3>10. Procesamiento de reembolsos<\/h3><ul><li>Los reembolsos aprobados se procesar\u00e1n utilizando el m\u00e9todo de pago original siempre que sea posible.<\/li><li>Los tiempos de procesamiento de reembolsos pueden variar seg\u00fan los bancos, los proveedores de pago y los sistemas de cambio de divisas.<\/li><\/ul><h3>11. Enmiendas a la pol\u00edtica<\/h3><p>Skydive Zanzibar se reserva el derecho de modificar esta Pol\u00edtica de Reembolso y Cancelaci\u00f3n en cualquier momento.
