Allgemeines<\/h3><p>Diese R\u00fcckerstattungs- und Stornierungsrichtlinie gilt f\u00fcr alle Tandem-Fallschirmsprungbuchungen, die bei African Skydive Ventures Ltd, firmierend als Skydive Zanzibar (\u201cwir\u201d, \u201cuns\u201d, \u201cunser\u201d), vorgenommen werden.<\/p><p>Mit Ihrer Buchung best\u00e4tigen Sie, dass Sie die nachstehend aufgef\u00fchrten Bedingungen zur Kenntnis genommen haben und ihnen zustimmen.<\/p><h3>2. Einzahlungen und Zahlungen<\/h3><ul><li>Eine Buchung wird erst dann best\u00e4tigt, wenn die Zahlung (Anzahlung oder Gesamtbetrag, wie zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung angegeben) eingegangen ist.<\/li><li>Anzahlungen sind nicht erstattungsf\u00e4hig, au\u00dfer in den in den Abschnitten 5 und 6 dieser Richtlinie beschriebenen F\u00e4llen.<\/li><li>Die vollst\u00e4ndige Zahlung muss vor dem Fallschirmsprung erfolgen, wie w\u00e4hrend des Buchungsvorgangs angewiesen.<\/li><\/ul><h3>3. Kundenstornierungen<\/h3><p>Wenn Sie Ihre Buchung aus irgendeinem Grund stornieren, gelten folgende Bedingungen:<\/p><ul><li>Mehr als 14 Tage vor Ihrem geplanten Sprung:<br \/>Gezahlte Betr\u00e4ge, mit Ausnahme der nicht erstattungsf\u00e4higen Anzahlung, k\u00f6nnen zur\u00fcckerstattet werden.<\/li><li>7\u201314 Tage vor Ihrem geplanten Sprung:<br \/>50% des gesamten Buchungspreises k\u00f6nnen erstattet werden.<\/li><li>Weniger als 7 Tage vor Ihrem geplanten Sprung:<br \/>Es erfolgt keine R\u00fcckerstattung.<\/li><li>Nichterscheinen (No-Show):<br \/>Es erfolgt keine R\u00fcckerstattung.<\/li><\/ul><p>Alle Stornierungen m\u00fcssen schriftlich erfolgen (per E-Mail oder \u00fcber den offiziellen Nachrichtenkanal, der bei der Buchung verwendet wurde).<\/p><h3>4. Terminverschiebung durch den Kunden<\/h3><ul><li>Eine Umbuchung kann je nach Verf\u00fcgbarkeit kostenlos vorgenommen werden, sofern der Antrag mindestens 7 Tage vor dem geplanten Sprung gestellt wird.<\/li><li>Zus\u00e4tzliche Umbuchungsanfragen oder sp\u00e4te Umbuchungen k\u00f6nnen eine Bearbeitungsgeb\u00fchr nach sich ziehen oder als Stornierung behandelt werden.<\/li><\/ul><h3>5. Wetter- und Betriebsbedingungen<\/h3><p>Fallschirmspringen ist eine wetterabh\u00e4ngige Aktivit\u00e4t. Sicherheit hat f\u00fcr uns h\u00f6chste Priorit\u00e4t.<\/p><p>Falls ein Fallschirmsprung aufgrund von Wetterbedingungen, Sicherheitsbedenken, technischen Problemen am Flugzeug oder betrieblichen Einschr\u00e4nkungen nicht stattfinden kann, bieten wir Folgendes an:<\/p><ul><li>Ein neu angesetzter Sprungtermin oder<\/li><li>Eine R\u00fcckerstattung des gezahlten Betrags, abz\u00fcglich der Anzahlung (sofern zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung nichts anderes angegeben wurde).<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>F\u00fcr zus\u00e4tzliche Kosten wie Unterkunft, Transport oder Reise\u00e4nderungen wird keine Entsch\u00e4digung geleistet.<\/p><h3>6. Medizinische und sicherheitstechnische Einschr\u00e4nkungen<\/h3><ul><li>Falls Sie aufgrund nicht offengelegter Erkrankungen, \u00dcberschreitung der Gewichtsgrenzen, Trunkenheit oder Nichtbeachtung der Sicherheitsanweisungen nicht in der Lage sind, einen Fallschirmsprung durchzuf\u00fchren, erfolgt keine R\u00fcckerstattung.<\/li><li>Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Kunden, vor der Buchung alle Eignungs-, medizinischen und Gewichtsanforderungen zu pr\u00fcfen.<\/li><\/ul><h3>7. Versp\u00e4tete Ankunft<\/h3><p>Die Kunden m\u00fcssen zu der in ihrer Buchungsbest\u00e4tigung angegebenen Zeit eintreffen.<\/p><ul><li>Bei versp\u00e4teter Ankunft kann der Sprung aus betrieblichen Gr\u00fcnden abgesagt werden.<\/li><li>In solchen F\u00e4llen wird die Buchung als Nichterscheinen behandelt und es erfolgt keine R\u00fcckerstattung.<\/li><\/ul><h3>8. Geschenkgutscheine<\/h3><ul><li>Geschenkgutscheine sind nicht erstattungsf\u00e4hig und k\u00f6nnen nicht gegen Bargeld eingel\u00f6st werden.<\/li><li>Gutscheine sind nur f\u00fcr den beim Kauf angegebenen Zeitraum g\u00fcltig und m\u00fcssen vor Ablauf des G\u00fcltigkeitsdatums eingel\u00f6st werden.<\/li><\/ul><h3>9. Buchungen durch Dritte<\/h3><p>Buchungen \u00fcber Reiseb\u00fcros, Reiseveranstalter oder Drittanbieterplattformen unterliegen sowohl dieser Richtlinie als auch den Bedingungen des jeweiligen Drittanbieters. R\u00fcckerstattungen erfolgen \u00fcber den urspr\u00fcnglichen Buchungskanal.<\/p><h3>10. R\u00fcckerstattungsabwicklung<\/h3><ul><li>Genehmigte R\u00fcckerstattungen werden, soweit m\u00f6glich, \u00fcber die urspr\u00fcngliche Zahlungsmethode abgewickelt.<\/li><li>Die Bearbeitungszeiten f\u00fcr R\u00fcckerstattungen k\u00f6nnen je nach Bank, Zahlungsanbieter und W\u00e4hrungsumrechnungssystem variieren.<\/li><\/ul><h3>11. Richtlinien\u00e4nderungen<\/h3><p>Skydive Zanzibar beh\u00e4lt sich das Recht vor, diese R\u00fcckerstattungs- und Stornierungsbedingungen jederzeit zu \u00e4ndern. Es gelten die zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung g\u00fcltigen Bedingungen.<\/p><h3>12.
